At the end of September, the IV international forum of rental and construction companies was held. The event was held on the territory of the Sea Galaxy hotel in Sochi. From year to year, the national Association of construction equipment landlords (NAAST) selects the best of the best in its industry. This year, Arlift applied for 2 categories at once: best rental project of the year and rental product of the year. In both cases, the company's own developments were used: a traverse for mounting several vacuum grippers at once and a radial ARLIFTER kit! The winner was the traverse for the installation of radial glass, which just went into operation on the eve of 2020. This traverse allows you to move glass weighing up to 450 kilograms with a radius of curvature of more than 1000 mm. It is designed for installation on Arlifter vacuum grippers (GS-500/850) instead of the usual suction Cup. Operation of the vacuum gripper with the new radial traverse is possible at ambient temperatures from -20°C to + 50 °C. The weight distribution bracket, which is attached to the equipment, allows you to hold the glass in the most even position, eliminating the possibility of damage to the latter. Note that the traverse was designed, manufactured and tested in a short time. During the current year, the equipment is actively used in different cities of the country, helping with the installation of radial glass in the construction of car centers, office buildings, and residential buildings. Although its scope is very extensive. This year, the equipment was used in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Rostov-on-don, and Krasnodar. Thanks to such developments, the rental market becomes even richer, more saturated and at the same time more economical. For installation of complex types of glass, it is now enough to rent a universal device with a traverse in any region and perform complex installation.
