Technologies for installation of glass facades from ARLIFT

Modern architectural solutions often require extraordinary solutions. Therefore, in the 21st century, much attention is paid to the installation, transportation and maintenance of modern buildings, especially when it comes to such a fragile material as glass.

In mid-September, Arlift together with one of Russia's largest glass processing companies, the Russian glass company, held a joint seminar on "Modern methods of installing glass facades" in Krasnodar. The event was attended by leading construction and installation companies of the southern Federal district.

The meeting was also timed to coincide with the opening of the new Arlift office, which took place in the summer of 2020. At the moment, this is the second office of arlift in the southern Federal district and the tenth office of The company in Russia and Kazakhstan.

One of the main topics of the seminar was the use of modern, intelligent technologies for complex installation of large-sized glass facades. On the example of successful implemented cases, we analyzed the features, difficulties and other working issues that almost all companies that are related to the installation of double-glazed Windows have to face.

We discussed in detail the advantages of using vacuum grippers, mini-cranes, and lifts. Special attention was paid to modern equipment-glass robots, which are used for mounting and transporting not only glass, but also such materials as tiles, granite, metal, wood. Thanks to the rechargeable batteries, this technique can be used with equal success both outside and inside the room. And thanks to the "gyroscope" function, you can mount the glass with a negative slope, since this function allows you to fix the glass in the desired plane, regardless of the movement of the boom.

In addition, all participants had a tour of the factory and a buffet-for a pleasant end to the evening!
