Etalon Business Club is visiting Arlift!

At the end of September, our central office in St. Petersburg was visited by several residents of the Etalon business club, aimed at creating a healthy and respected community of entrepreneurs. A group of young, purposeful people interested in personal growth and the development of their business were able to get acquainted with the history of the company, the work of the production of vacuum equipment, evaluate the business processes that we have successfully implemented, and also consider the best management cases.

For 16 years, the Arlift company has gone from renting vacuum grippers to its own production and expanding the line of equipment in the rental fleet, which, in addition to vacuum equipment, includes mini cranes, spider towers, glass robots, scissor and crank lifts of various working heights.

In addition, there are 10 branches of the company in Russia and Kazakhstan, and the delivery of equipment is carried out on the territory of not only the entire Russian Federation, but also the CIS.

The event, designed to share experiences, was fun and interesting. In addition to a tour of the company, all participants could try on the role of crane operators, an installer working at height, as well as compete in the precision control of scissor lifts.

At the end of the program, all participants played a business game "Narrow Neck", which is aimed at identifying leadership qualities, such as: strategic thinking, situation analysis, planning activities and resources, negotiating. Thanks to this exercise, cooperation is actively developing instead of competition, since teamwork is important for solving many production tasks! We wish good luck to the guys in any endeavors!
