NAAST (National Association of Construction Equipment Landlords) — an accredited member of the European Rental Association has declared 2024 the "Year of HR in Rent"! Of course, we couldn't pass by and applied for participation!

For a long time, Arlift has been paying close attention to our younger generation! Through a drawing contest, through guided tours of the production, through personal communication, we tell and show our work, responsibilities, equipment! From the game based on the Arlift rental park to fashionable sketchbooks — all this briefly immerses into the "adult" world and gives the child more ideas about what the parent is doing from 9.00 to 18.00! Within the framework of the NAAST Association festival in 2024 "Investing in people", ARLIFT became the winner in the nomination "Building the future in the field rent".

We received our award at the annual NASST conference, which was held in Sochi on September 25-27. In addition, we had no equal in the corporate regatta among rental companies, the charged ARLIFT team took gold in the first heat! Thanks to the organizers and participants of the event for the excellent organization and atmosphere, new knowledge, and a positive attitude for the next working year!
