GLASS-ROBOT WINLET. CONVENIENCE. SPEED. SAFETY.

One of the tasks of the builders was the installation of double-glazed windows weighing 250 kg each. Initially, for the realization of this goal, it was planned to install outside the building using an autocrane and a vacuum sucker. But the company leased the glass-robot Winlet 575. The construction team managed not only to quickly mount the double-glazed windows inside the premises, but also to reduce the costs for the team of builders and the rent of classical special equipment.

The operator of the installation company said: "If we were working with a conventional crane, we would have worked much longer!"
The installers of the construction company highlighted the following advantages of the Winlet glass-robot: 
▪ excellent maneuverability, allows to pass in narrow places and to mount in cramped conditions;

▪ the low weight of the Winlet vacuum manipulator makes it possible to work directly from the ceiling;

▪ the ability to move the glass-robot around the object with glass, which certainly simplifies the delivery of glass to the site of direct installation;

▪ and only two installers, not counting the operator, coped with a difficult task.
