GLAZING OF THE COTTAGE VILLAGE IN THE REPINO OF THE LENINGRAD REGION
The windows consist of glass of different sizes, including both large-sized and small-sized glass. Complexities of the object were the looseness of the land around the cottages, as well as the small thickness and large dimensions of the glasses. It required an machine capable of moving freely around the cottage and mounting thin, but large-sized glass. The optimal solution of this problem is the glass-robot Winlet.
To facilitate the process of moving the glass-robot through the territory, flooring was created from sheets of particle board. Thanks to the four suction cups (and uniform pressure distribution), the glass robot quickly and easily was able to glaze a thin material. The usual sucker could break the glass, but the glass robot very carefully, precisely and smoothly pointed the glass, so that the glazing of the cottage village did not take long.
