NO ONE IS FORGOTTEN, NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN

Arlift employees took part in the preparation for theopen-air exposition located on the territory of the most modern museum about the war-exhibition pavilion "Breakthrough" near Kirov.

The exhibition complex "Proryv", built in the Leningrad Region, which has no analogues in Russia, will become a part of the museum-reserve "Breakthrough of the Leningrad Siege" and will include unique expositions based on modern technologies.

Active assembly work was carried out in the museum and near it at the end of 2016. It was on the eve of significant dates for the citizens of St. Petersburg and for the whole country - on January 18 and 27. Arlifttook part in glass installation - the creation of an outdoor exhibition.

In a global sense, the task was to install a radiused (curved) triple glass weighing 179 kilograms. And to be more precise, we needed to get the glass from the transport box, insert it into the frame and fix it using the vacuum grip Arlift.

The vacuum gripper Arlift GlassBoy II was chosen to accomplish the task; that gripper designed to work with the radius glass.

The installation conditions were complicated by a strong wind, temperature that was about 0 degrees and drizzling rain. The installation took place on December 30 and it was a great challenge for our equipment and a great responsibility for our company.

However, despite the difficult weather conditions, Arlift's vacuum equipment excellent coped with the task.
