RECONSTRUCTION OF YOUTH PALACE IN EKATERINBURG
Recently, a significant event for the whole Yekaterinburg was completed - the reconstruction of the Youth Palace –it was the largest in Sverdlovsk region, the center of additional education for children.
Recently, a significant event for the whole Yekaterinburg was completed - the reconstruction of the Youth Palace –it was the largest in Sverdlovsk region, the center of additional education for children. The reconstruction was mainly in the the glazed facade of the building, therefore the project was not without the participation of the ARLIFT equipment.
The complexity of the problem was in the large size and weight of the glass (5424x2905 mm, 1100 kg). Manually such installation is not possible - there is a great risk to break glass, but equipment for mounting such heavy and large-sized glassis still difficult to find.
For such cases, the company ARLIFT has a solution - the German vacuum grip Pannkoke 7211-CEDE, the design of which allows you to mount glass up to 1200 kilograms on the street and up to 1600 kilograms indoors.
Vertical installation of twenty-six double-glazed windows was made by the company "Glass-Stroi" (Ekaterinburg) at average temperature from -10 to -25 degrees. The equipment has never failed, all the works were completed within the set time.
In addition, for the installation of insulating glass units weighing 300 kilograms was used another vacuum gripper - ARLIFT GlassBoy 500.
Immediately after replacing the glass on the facade of the Youth Palace, was installedLED lighting, which transformed the appearance of the building even more.
To the World Cup, the LED backlight will be changed - the media facade will be painted in the colors of the Russian tricolor.
