THE CEILINGGLAZING IN THE LUXURY HOTEL LOTTE RESTAURANT in SAINT-PETERSBURG

The opening of the luxury hotel Lotte St. Petersburg, located on St. Isaac's Square in a mansion built in the middle of the XIX century, was a bright event of the Northern capital. The company "Arlift" took part in the construction of the hotel's beautiful restaurant, namely the glazing of the amazing ceiling.

The main interior feature of the restaurant "TheLounge" is the ceiling - an Italian stained glass dome framed by sky-blue panels.

The glazing of the ceiling "framing" part was produced by Arlift equipment: mini-crane SPD360 and vacuum gripper Glass Boy 500.

Three-layered double-glazed windows consisted of transparent glass on the outside and stained-glass inside, weighed about 150 kilograms. The only implementationсomplexity of the project was constrained conditions - there were columns under the roof that prevented the movement of construction equipment.

However, thanks to the small size, weight and excellent mobility, the mini crane JekkoSPD360 coped with this task in a short time.

Today, anyone can enjoy the taste of freshly brewed coffee and dream under the arches of a beautiful dome.
