INSTALLATION OF AIR TUBE BY KAPPEL DSMH2 IN GUEDERMES

Neither distance nor complexity of objects can’t stop us- we are always open to new tasks and solutions. The object in Chechnya in Gudermes has become a real treasure for us.

Company ARLIFTtook part in the the installation of airtube. The object was interesting, but complicated: we needed to mount radial glass, the circumference of which was 1.58 m, and the height of 5 m. At that, the mounting access to the bearing structures was only from inside the tube, so the glass was transported through the roof.

The installation was carried out with the novelty ARLIFT-vacuum gripper for large radius glass KAPPEL DSMH2. Due to the inaccessibility of the object and the characteristics of the glass, the gripper was carried out from the inside.

The installation of the air tube was supposed to take five daysaccording to the customer's plans, but the use of professional equipment and the convenience of work allowed to complete the project as soon as possible - in just two days.
