INSTALLATION OF ROOF SANDWICH-PANELS "SIBSHVANK"

Sibsvank is the undisputed leader in the field of industrial infrared heating, which has existed since 1995 in the Russian market.

For ARLIFT, the task was not easy: it was required to install a roofing sandwich panel with a length of 14.5 meters and a weight of 540 kg as part of the construction of the Sibshvank building.

For the required work, it was decided to use the vacuum gripper Сlad boy 4 with an additional set of extensions and suction cups, passing traverses and, as a means of chain-stitching.

In this configuration, the maximum length of the sandwich panel is increased, which the Сlad boy 4 vacuum gripper can lift from 8 meters to 26 meters.

Сlad boy 4 is able to perform roof installation, horizontal and vertical installation of sandwich panels with weight up to 1000 kg and length up to 26 meters in all weather conditions.

Vacuum seizure of production ARLIFT has a system of dehumidification, which makes it possible to produce work both in the rain and in the snow; a backup vacuum accumulator and an alarm system, so that all work is carried out in complete safety.

Vacuum grip Сlad boy 4 perfectly coped with the work on the installation of roofing sandwich panels in the company "Sibsvank", the customer was pleased with the work done.
