Installation of steel structures at the Unilever plant in St. Petersburg

Unilever is one of the largest producers of food, cosmetics and hygiene products, the owner of such well-known brands as Calvé, Knorr, Lipton, Rexona, Sunsilk, Axe, Dove, etc.

At the Unilever plant in St. Petersburg, the Jekko SPD360 mini-crane was used to install metal structures weighing 250 kilograms.

Installation of metal structures was carried out within the framework of the project for the second floor construction. Work was carried out inside the workshop for food production.

To solve the problem, anequipmentwas required that would allow to work in extremely cramped conditions, since there were devices for production in the room. In addition, an important condition was the possibility of the equipmentwork from the electricity, since the use of equipmentoperating from the engine inside the food production workshop was prohibited.

Mini-crane Jekko SPD360 as well as possiblesuited to the requirements of the customer. Mini-crane is very mobile, works well in crowded conditions, on ceilings and can operate from the electricity.

Thanks to the electric motor and rubber caterpillar of mini-crane, it was possible to carry out the installation of metal structures in a "clean" room filled with devices for production, without hitting the equipment and without harming the exhaust gases.
