INSTALLATION OF METAL STRUCTURES AT THE DOMODEDOVO AIRPORT

Domodedovo Airport at Moscow- one of the largest air harbor, the second largest passenger airport in Russia. On the territory of Domodedovo airport mini crane Jekko SPX527CDH was carried out works on installation of steel structures. Installation of metal structures was carried out during the construction of an indoor multi-level parking. The work was done on the floors from the roof of the parking building. To perform this task, a technique was required that possessed high maneuverability and efficiency, which made it possible to carry out the work in the shortest possible time. In addition, at this facility the mini-crane was replaced by a tower crane, which was occupied by other types of work and could not accomplish the task due to the presence of so-called "dead zones". The "dead zone" of the tower crane is the area that the operator of the crane can’t work out due to the large reach of the boom. In this situation, the mini crane Jekko SPX527CDH takes precedence over the tower crane, as it doesn't have "dead zones" - due to its small dimensions and maneuverability, the crane can perform "jewelery" work - to precisely assemble glass, metal structures, work out each corner. The mini-crane perfectly coped with the work on the installation of metal structures in the covered multilevel parking at the Domodedovo airport due to its compactness, maneuverability and quick work performance.
