Installation of wall panels in SEC "BATON" in the city of Novocherskask

Shopping and entertainment center "Baton" is a new modern shopping and entertainment center for the whole family with a large parking area, convenient location, excellent shopping center and food court zone.

For the company ARLIFT faced the following task: it was necessary to make vertical installation of wall panels in length of 12.5 meters in the framework of the project for the construction of the SEC "Baton" in Novocherkassk.

To accomplish the task, it was decided to use the vacuum gripper Clad Boy-4.

Vacuum grip Clad Boy-4 is able to perform both vertical and horizontal installation of wall panels up to 26 meters long. Its carrying capacity is 1000 kilograms. And thanks to its compact dimensions and a weight of 100 kg, the vacuum grip allows it to be transported even in a car. The presence of a weighting bracket always helps to maintain the vertical position of the assembled parts for the performance of quality work.

Vacuum grips of the company ARLIFT are endowed with a system of moisture separation, allowing to produce work in both rain and snow; a backup vacuum accumulator and an alarm system, so that all work is carried out in complete safety.
