GLAZING OF "TALAN TOWERS" IN THE CITY OF ASTANA IN KAZAKHSTAN
"Talan Towers" is the first unique multifunctional complex in Astana, which became a new attraction on the city map.
The ARLIFT technician needed to produce internal ceiling glazing, with glasses weighing up to 400 kg, towers of the Talan Towers complex in Kazakhstan.
The Talan Tower consists of three main components:
- The hotel tower with the first luxury hotel in Astana. - The Ritz-Carlton, Astana and residences,
- Talan Towers Offices.
First-class office premises of international level in the capital; - EMPORIUM.
A luxury shopping gallery.
- The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Astana.
To accomplish the task it was decided to use the Jekko SPX527CDH mini-crane and the manipulator for mounting the MR800 glass.
SPX527CDH - one of the most popular and often found on the objects mini-crane ruler Jekko. The load capacity of this mini-crane is 2.7 tons, and the boom is 11.2 meters, the presence of non-marking tracks allowed him to move inside the towers without damaging the floor surface.
The vacuum sucker MR800 from the company Jekko is capable of lifting glasses up to 800 kg, has a continuous 360-degree rotation with a fixation for every 90 degrees.
Work by the contractor organization "InteriumS.l.r." began in January 2017, and within two months the interior ceiling glazing of the towers of the Talan Towers complex in Kazakhstan was completely completed.
