Simple solution of a complex problem from the company ARLIFT
No matter how complicated the project is, our specialists always find a solution. So it was during the work on the new unique project of the company "A Project" - a cottage built in a modern style, with large panoramic windows located among the tall pines.
Any task from the company "A Project" is a unique task, requiring special ingenuity and skill of technical specialists, using special equipment. Each object is a work of art. That is why, participating in the implementation of the tasks "A-Project", we always develop new interesting technical solutions for us.
The task for the ARLIFT technique this time was the glazing of the facade. The complexity of the task was that glazing of the facade of a three-story building was required from the ground. The weight of the glasses reached up to 700 kilograms. Great interference created overlaps between floors - about 2-3 meters.
In addition, the glass of the upper floor had to be wound up and mounted under the visor. In addition to all, jewelry mounting of two structural angles was required - the installation of glass to the butt-glass.
After analyzing the tasks, after the specialist's departure for the facility, our most powerful mini-crane Jekko SPX1275 with a mechanical jib and a vacuum gripper Glass Boy 850 with the carrying capacity of 850 kilograms were sent for help.
The mechanical crook of the mini crane Jekko SPX1275 at an angle of 25 degrees at the maximum reach of the boom was required in order to mount the facade from the ground bypassing the floors between the floors. Thanks to the remote control it turned out with a jeweler's precision not only to get a grip with glass "under the visor", but also to mount two structural angles.
The work was carried out as always in a short time: in just two days - faster than expected. This was helped by the work of the specialist ARLIFT - the mini-crane operator, the work of the assembly team and, of course, the peculiarities of the ARLIFT technique.
