CONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER OF ART GYMNASTICS

Details

Date:
16.10.2018

The International Center for Rhythmic Gymnastics is one of the largest construction sites in the Southern Federal District of the last two years.

Adler was chosen for training future Olympic champions and prize-winners of major Russian and world championships - sunny, southern city of Russia, filled with colors, warmth and comfort.

The complex of the International Center for Rhythmic Gymnastics will include:

  • five-storey building with an area of 40.9 thousand square meters,
  • hall for competitions with stands,
  • fitness room,
  • hotel,
  • medical sector
  • pool,
  • administrative and technical premises.

What was required to make technology Arlift?

As part of the construction of the Center was required to make the installation of formwork. Not one, not two, but three THREE mini-cranes were sent to accomplish the task! Mini-cranes Jekko SPD 360 and two Jekko SPX 527 set out to surf the construction site in Adler.

Why mini-cranes?

Everything is easy and simple!

Mini cranes are so compact that they are ideal for mounting formwork. Work in narrow openings, corridors between formwork panels - a comfortable and familiar habitat for mini-cranes.

While the tower crane is working on the implementation of many other tasks at the facility, mini-cranes quickly and with jewelery accuracy carry out installation. Unlike a tower crane, mini-cranes can operate in absolutely any weather conditions. Mounting the formwork they are protected from gusts of strong wind, thus the work on the object is not suspended.

At the same time, the capacity of the selected models of mini-cranes ranges from 1.8 tons to 2.7 tons at full boom outreach.

Departure of the boom itself to 12 meters, and the height of the rise to 17.5 meters.

The presence of a remote control allows you to perform work from any convenient place.

The system of stabilization and indication of the load moment allows them to work on thin surfaces, ceilings without fear of tilting the mini-crane.

And finally, the system of continuous rotation allows the cranes to stay in one workplace and perform work at any point.

As a result, Jekko SPD 360 and Jekko SPX 527 mini-cranes completed all the tasks for one month on-site work. The second mini-crane Jekko SPX 527 remained on the construction site to solve new problems.
