Mini crane and vacuum gripper Arlift at work in an elite village

"Barvikha" is a premium cottage village located near Rublevo-Uspensky highway in one of the picturesque places of the Moscow region on the Saminka River.

This popular place has long been synonymous with a successful and rich life, it is not surprising that the village is still growing in breadth and continues to be built up.

When glazing the pool in one of the houses under construction, the mini-crane Arlift SPX527 and the vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-850 were used. The main difficulty of the execution was that the mini-crane had to go down a wooden ramp to the bottom of the pool and work from there. The Arlift technique coped with this task perfectly!

The weight of the crane is only 3600 kg, and the soft rubberized tracks carefully treat the surface and do not spoil any coatings. In addition, the equipment can carry out work outside due to the presence of a diesel engine, as well as indoors from the mains (380V). Double-glazed windows weighing about 600 kg helped to mount a vacuum gripper of Arlift's own production. Thanks to the 360° rotation function and with a 90° fixation, the vacuum gripper can turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-locking, which significantly saves time and effort. In addition, the remote control also greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation process. The four-stage security system allows you to perform work in compliance with all norms and standards. All Arlift vacuum grippers comply with GOST.
