Glazing of a new hotel using the Arlift technique

Large-sized heavy double-glazed windows have recently created considerable difficulties during installation, but with the advent of vacuum equipment, this problem has become a thing of the past.

Vacuum gripper is a high-tech equipment for lifting and mounting glass, sandwich panels and other materials with a smooth surface. When glazing a hotel in one of the districts of Moscow, several GS Arlift vacuum grippers with a load capacity of 500 and 850 kg were used at once for the installation of glasses weighing from 1500 to 1800 kg. Proven modern equipment of the company's own design meets all Russian standards and international requirements. Thanks to the dehumidification system, installation can be carried out in any weather conditions: both in the rain and in the snow. It is allowed to work at temperatures up to -25 ° C.

For safety, a backup vacuum storage is provided, and slings are used for additional protection.

In addition, all Arlifter vacuum apparatuses are equipped with a remote control, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation process.

For the convenience of transportation, the vacuum grippers are equipped with a special trolley, thanks to which the device can be easily moved around the construction site.
