Sandwich panels with a length of 12 meters were installed in Vladivostok

It is no secret that in recent years, the Primorsky district has been receiving increased attention from the government, many interesting projects have been launched in the region, and new development prospects have emerged. Changes also affected the construction market: new objects are gradually appearing.

DoorHan is a leader in various types of gates and prefabricated buildings has decided to build a production and warehouse complex with an area of 3.15 hectares near Vladivostok. Installation of roof sandwich panels with a length of 12 meters and a thickness of 150 mm was performed by the equipment of the company ARLIFT-vacuum capture ARLIFTER SP-4, which has a load capacity of 1000 kg.

The ARLIFTER SP-4 is equipped with a dehumidification system that allows it to perform installation work in all weather conditions. Technical features of the device allow installation at a temperature below -35 °C.

When developing the device, ARLIFT paid special attention to the safety of work. The vacuum gripper is equipped with a sound and light alarm that indicates a decrease in the vacuum level. In addition, a backup vacuum storage device is additionally installed, which ensures that the sandwich panel will not break if the equipment fails.

The battery is fully charged in 8 hours, after which the device can work for the entire working shift, thus reducing equipment downtime to zero.
