Implementation:

To solve the task, it was decided to use a practical, efficient and versatile equipment - the vacuum gripper ARLIFTЕR GS-850, which is used not only for glass mounting, but also for sandwich panels.

The task was a complete glazing of the hotel complex with glasses weighing 700 kilograms.

Vacuum grip ARLIFTЕR GS-850 is capable of assembling glass and sandwich panels with weight up to 850 kilograms and length up to 8 meters. The water separation system allows working in all weather conditions, the weighting bracket helps to always keep the vertical position of the mounted products, and the system of 360-degree continuous rotation with fixation for every 90 greatly simplifies the work performed.

The glazing of the hotel complex by the company "JUKKOM SYSTEMS" with the help of the ARLIFT technique was made only for 7 days.
