Installation of heavy double-glazed Windows in the suburbs of Nur-Sultan.

So, at one of the facilities near the city of Nur-Sultan, for the installation of two heavy double-glazed Windows, Arlift equipment was attracted: a mini-crane SPD360 and a vacuum gripper of the GS line. The weight of double-glazed Windows was more than 600 kg. The SPD360 mini crane is one of the most compact and maneuverable in the Arlift rental fleet. It has excellent passability in narrow openings and, at the same time, due to its light weight, it can work on floors. Rubberized tracks perform well on both flat and sandy surfaces, and also take care of paving slabs and lawns. The crane has a load capacity of 1800 kg, which allows it to lift and transport quite large loads.

The Arlifter GS-850 vacuum gripper, developed and assembled at the Arlift company, can lift double-glazed Windows and sandwich panels weighing up to 850 kilograms, and if necessary, it is allowed to use two or more vacuum grippers on the traverse to increase the load capacity. The dehumidification system allows you to work in all weather conditions, as well as at low temperatures up to -20 °C. The remote control that all models of vacuum grippers are equipped with allows you to simplify and speed up the work, and the backup vacuum storage guarantees additional safety during installation.
