Glazing with Arlift technique indoors
Decorative glass weighing about 400 kg was installed for the newly built building of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Kazakhstan. The installation took place indoors, and such work always requires maximum care and accuracy.
The lightweight, maneuverable mini-crane Arlift has excellent cross-country ability, can perform work in a limited space, move through narrow openings. Soft rubberized tracks carefully treat the coating and do not damage it when moving. Thanks to the possibility of working from the internal combustion engine and from the 380V network, the equipment can be used both in open areas and indoors.
The GS-500 double-circuit vacuum gripper of Arlift's own production is designed for mounting glass weighing up to 500 kg and sandwich panels up to 8 meters long.
The device is equipped with a moisture removal system, which allows you to perform installation work in any weather conditions. The rotary mechanism of the device makes it possible to transfer the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without additional interception.
To ensure the control of the vacuum level, the gripper is equipped with light and sound alarms.
Installation is allowed at temperatures from + 40 ° C and up to-35°C. The remote control greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation process.
