Installation of the machine using the spx1275 mini-crane

The spx1275 mini-crane installed the machine, where the weight of each part reached 3 tons at one of the production facilities in Kazan. The main difficulty was that it was necessary to start and install the equipment in a very limited space, which also had an air duct, which further reduced the already small area for installation.

One of the options for the customer was to disassemble the wall and install equipment from the street, or still find a technique that will cope with this task.

It was decided to use the mini-crane company Arlift SPX1275, one of the most powerful cranes in the rental Park Arlift. The lifting capacity of the mini-crane reaches 7.5 tons. But even with this power, the SPX1275 is still compact and maneuverable, which allows it to perform work on surfaces unsuitable for other cranes, pass through narrow openings and feel great on floor slabs.

Using a remote control, the crane operator can be in close proximity to the installation and personally control the movement of the load with millimeter accuracy. In addition, the mini-crane can perform work both from the internal combustion engine (diesel) and from the network (380V), which allows it to be used even in closed rooms without ventilation.

Thanks to the use of the Arlift technique, one machine was installed, one wall was saved and one customer was saved from a headache!
