Wall mounting at a poultry farm in Bashkortostan!

The increase in domestic demand, as well as attention at the state level, create favorable conditions for the development of the industry, allowing it to expand and create new production facilities in different regions of Russia. So, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, near the village of Linda, construction of a new poultry farm has begun.

For the installation of 8-meter wall panels, it was decided to use the Arlift vacuum gripper, Arlifter SP-4 With a load capacity of up to 1000 kg.

Vacuum equipment is manufactured in Saint Petersburg and is intended for installation of wall and roof sandwich panels up to 26 m long. All devices are equipped with a water drainage system, which allows installation in any, even adverse weather. It is allowed to perform work at temperatures from -25°C to +50°C.

In addition, the installation safety is thoroughly thought out. All grippers are equipped with a four-level security system, which includes a backup vacuum storage, light and sound alarms, safety slings.

For ease of operation, all new SP-4 devices are equipped with a remote control, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation process.

Thanks to the use of a vacuum gripper, the installation of sandwich panels no longer causes difficulties for builders. And for installation, a small number of workers is enough.
