Glazing of the cottage in Yoshkar-Ola by ARLIFT technique
Every year more and more people move out of town and instead of buying an apartment they choose to build a country house. The ARLIFT technique makes it possible to realize any project of the Customer: lay the foundation, build a house, and mount panoramic windows.
At this facility, specialists of the company ARLIFT needed to carry out the work on the transportation of glass and glazing in the final stages of construction.
The customer chose glasses with a weight of 350 to 650 kilograms. Therefore, the solution of the problem was worked by: the vacuum gripper ARLIFTER GS-750 and the mini crane JEKKO 1040.
The choice of the vacuum gripper GS-750 for glass mounting is determined by the following factors:
• Its load capacity is 750 kg.
• Compact size (1100x500x220 mm) allows you to transport it on a regular car.
• In addition to mounting the glass, it is capable of mounting sandwich panels up to 12 m long.
• Allows you to work autonomously for up to 8 hours.
• It can work both at low temperature (-20 degrees) and in hot weather (+50 degrees)
• For the convenience of work, allows you to rotate the glass 360 degrees with a fix every 90 degrees.
• The moisture separation system allows working under conditions of heavy precipitation.
• The presence of a vacuum accumulator makes it possible to prevent the glass or sandwich panels from becoming detached from an emergency disengagement of the vacuum gripper, and allows it to be lowered to a safe surface.
• Sound and light system ensures complete safety in the work area
• The presence of a hanging bracket allows to achieve a horizontal position of the sandwich panel during installation
• The presence of the remote control allows you to accurately perform the tasks from any convenient viewing angle.
In order to easily mount the glass, the vacuum grip ARLIFTER GS-750 was suspended on one of our most powerful mini cranes Jekko SPX1040, which is capable of lifting a weight of up to 4 tons up to a height of 23.5 meters.
Thanks to battery or mains operation, the mini-crane can work indoors, where it is forbidden to use ICE; stabilization system and LMI prevents crane overturning and detachment of outriggers from the work surface; the presence of the remote control gives the operator the opportunity to perform work at a distance, precisely to aim the arrow; Non-marking caterpillars allow you to move around surfaces that are prone to deformation.
In a tandem, a mini-crane and a vacuum grip made it possible to easily install glass with a weight of 350 to 650 kilograms.
The company ARLIFT offers unique solutions for the construction of any type of facility, which allows you to perform tasks of varying complexity: from the easiest to seemingly impossible.
