Construction of infectious hospital with the help of the equipment of Arlift

The year 2020 has made its own adjustments to the measured life of most countries. Due to the new living conditions, the need for hospitals and outpatient clinics has increased. Somewhere already built buildings were repurposed, somewhere new ones were urgently erected.

So, in the city of Achinsk decided that they will not use existing buildings, but will build a new block of infectious diseases hospital. It is worth noting that the installation of sandwich panels, the main material during construction, took place in a very limited time.

Panels 6 meters long and 180 mm thick were mounted by the Arlift vacuum gripper, Arlifter GS-500, designed for mounting glass and sandwich panels weighing up to 500 kg.

The dehumidification system allows you to perform work in all weather conditions. The unique device of vacuum grippers allows you to work in rain, snow, and at low temperatures (up to -35°C). Equipped with a built-in charger, the vacuum gripper makes a full charge in 8 hours. After that, it can work independently during the entire shift.

The remote control, which is equipped with all vacuum grippers of the GS line, greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation process, which not only reduces the cost of installation work, but also saves valuable time.

In addition, the Arlifter GS-500 is equipped with a four-level security system, in addition to safety slings, there is a sound and light alarm, as well as a backup vacuum storage, which guarantees additional safety when working with the equipment.

Thanks to the functional features of the vacuum gripper, all work was completed in the shortest possible time.
