Installation of oversized glass at a gas station in Novosibirsk

Any glazing requires a careful approach and detailed study, especially when it comes to large-sized glass and an object such as a gas station, where the installation area is sometimes very limited.

Therefore, in one of the districts of Novosibirsk to work at a gas station, it was decided to use a mini-crane SPX527CDH and a vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-500. In addition to the heavy large-sized double-glazed Windows weighing 400 kg, which had to be installed on one of the Windows of the adjacent store, the difficulty was that all the work was carried out on the territory, which is very limited in height.

Thanks to the remote control, the spx527 mini-crane is ideal for working in a small space, since the operator can control and control all the movements of the crane with absolute precision from the installation site. And the compact size of the SPX527 provides excellent possibility through narrow openings both in the folded and in the working position.

The Arlifter GS-500 vacuum gripper with a load capacity of up to 500 kg with 360° rotation and 90° locking, which allows you to turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-gripping, greatly facilitates and simplifies installation. Thanks to the dehumidification system, the equipment can work in all weather conditions-both in rain and snow, and at temperatures from -25 C to + 50 C.

With the help of Arlift technology, the installation of a heavy large-size double-glazed window was completed in a short time, despite the existing difficulties.
