The installation of glass is not an easy task. For decades, the glass was mounted either manually or using hand suckers. As a result, the level of safety and security guarantees of glass left much to be desired, and the list of risks was several times greater than the list of advantages of this method of installation. Among the main risks:

• it is likely to damage the glass;

• inconvenience of installation;

• large labor and time costs;

• economic inexpediency.

With the advent of the vacuum grips of ARLIFT in the construction market, all these problems were solved in one click of fingers.

What is the advantage of vacuum grips ARLIFT:

• availability of a moisture trap - vacuum grippers can work in all weather conditions;

• High operating temperature range from -20C to + 50C;

• universality of application - one unit can be used to mount both glass and sandwich panels (and roof and wall)

When glazing in the city of Novosibirsk used insulating glass units weighing 180 kg and a size of 2 by 2 meters. For the installation decided to use our "baby" - the vacuum gripper ARLIFTER GS-350.

ARLIFTER GS-350 is the smallest in the ARLIFT vacuum equipment line. But, despite its small overall dimensions and compactness, it is endowed with the same functions as its older brothers.

Thanks to all these parameters, the glasswas assembled in just over one day in the city of Novosibirsk.
