Installation of wall and roof panels in Novosibirsk

Task: To install roofing and wall panels 11 and 6 meters long

Implementation: Installation of panels, whether roofing or wall, for the ARLIFT technology is a common thing. This time, our equipment was required to assemble panels as part of the construction of a warehouse in Novosibirsk.

At installation were used:

• Wall panel with a length of 6 m and a weight of 400 kg
• Roof panel 11 m long and weighing 400 kg

To perform the installation, the most demanded model of vacuum capture was used - ARLIFTER SP-4.

What tasks does the ARLIFTER SP-4 vacuum pickup:

1. Vertical and horizontal installation of sandwich panels
2. Installation of the roof

This vacuum grip is easy to transport - its dimensions are only 1200x850x460 mm, and its weight is 1000 kg. Additionally, it can be equipped with a system of extenders and cross-beams, which will increase the mounting surface to 26 meters. The presence of a dehumidification and air filtration system allows it to work safely in all weather conditions and temperature conditions, and the presence of a weight bracket always keeps the vacuum gripper in a horizontal position.
