GLASS INSTALLATION AT THE HOTEL "NEW PETERHOF"

To create modern and stylish solutions for the construction of commercial buildings and country houses, architects use glass. And the glasses are selected unusual shapes, large sizes, both flat and radial.

When glazing the hotel "New Peterhof", located in the city-palace of Peterhof, glass of different sizes and shapes was used. But the task of the ARLIFT technique was to mount glass weighing up to 500 kilograms.

For the installation, equipment meeting all safety and quality standards was required.

To solve the task, a vacuum gripper Glass Boy GS-500 was sent to support the construction team of the company "FasadStroyDizayn".

Why this capture?

• Firstly - the load-carrying capacity is 500 kg.

• Secondly - small size, which makes it easy to transport it to the site of work.

• Thirdly - the system of 360-degree continuous rotation of the glass with fixation for every 90 degrees.

• Fourth - the system of water separation and air filtration. Work can be carried out even in conditions of heavy rainfall.

• Finally, the presence of a hanging bracket allows you to keep the vacuum grip always in a state of equilibrium.

Thanks to all these parameters, the team "FasadStroyDizayn" for 3 days made a complete glazing of the hotel "New Peterhof".
