Installation of double-glazed windows using a mini crane and a manipulator MR 800.4

Installation of double-glazed windows can take place in various ways, but one of the most convenient is the use of a mini-crane with a vacuum manipulator. Especially if we are talking about dismantling a damaged double-glazed window in a finished building, when maximum accuracy is required. This was the task facing the mini-crane Arlift SPX527 and MR 800.4 in the city of Valdai, where it was required to replace a double-glazed unit weighing about 300 kg and measuring 2.5 x 1.5 meters.

The SPX527 mini crane is a reliable and faithful assistant in solving many construction tasks. The modern, maneuverable, productive crane is designed to lift loads up to 2.7 tons and has a vertical boom reach of up to 17 meters. The compact dimensions and thoughtful design of the equipment provide excellent cross-country ability in narrow openings and allow them to be placed on surfaces completely unsuitable for conventional cranes.

The manipulator with a vacuum suction cup for glass is a special equipment for mini-cranes, which is used for precise gripping, feeding and further installation of glass, suitable for all types of non-porous materials and can lift up to 800 kg.

All equipment is controlled by a remote control, so only one operator is enough to carry out the work. We work where others can't cope!
