Installation of large-sized double-glazed windows in Murmansk

The vacuum grippers of Arlift's own production were developed taking into account the geographical features of our country: the cold north, the rainy west and the warm, humid south. The equipment copes perfectly with work at temperatures from - 25 ° C to +50 ° C. In addition, the dehumidification system allows installation during precipitation: both in rain and snow. Therefore, taking into account the bad weather, the decision to use the Arlift technique when glazing cottages at the new recreation center in Murmansk was obvious.

Double-glazed windows weighing about 700 kg were mounted using the Arlifter GS-850 vacuum gripper, which has a load capacity of 850 kg.

At the same time, one of the advantages of the equipment is its ability to turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-interception due to the design features that provide 360° rotation with 90° fixation. The remote control, which is equipped with all Arlift vacuum grippers, also helps to save time.

A well-thought-out four-level security system (light and sound alarms, vacuum backup storage, slings) complies with Russian and international standards.
