Mini crane and vacuum gripper at the reconstruction of the old depot.
About the project

Saint-Petersburg
To help preserve what is possible and restore what is impossible is our company's motto, so working in places with historical significance is not new to us. The Arlift equipment not only took an active part in the construction of new buildings, but also carried out installation work in such places as Mikhailovsky Castle, New Holland, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts and even the Alexander Nevsky Lavra, where a mini-crane carried out the dismantling of a tombstone weighing 1.5 tons as part of the restoration.
The glazing of the old depot of the Warsaw railway station was carried out using the mini-crane Arlift SPD360 and the GS-350 vacuum gripper. The maximum weight of double-glazed windows reached 160 kg.
The ability of the crane to operate both from the internal combustion engine and from the 380V network allows the equipment to be used both in open areas and in enclosed spaces. Despite its small dimensions, the maximum load capacity of the SPD360 is 1800 kg. The light weight of the equipment (only 2300 kg) allows you to use the equipment on roofs, floor slabs, underground.
The Arlifter GS-350 vacuum gripper allows mounting glass or sandwich panels weighing up to 350 kg. The own weight of the equipment is only 28 kg, so it can be easily moved around the construction site and transported to the place of work. Autonomous battery operation is designed for a full shift – 8 hours.
The neat, maneuverable, productive Arlift equipment is ready to take on the most difficult work, even if the site is not suitable for construction work at all.
