Installation of beams during the construction of a warehouse in one of the districts of St. Petersburg

Shushary is one of the largest industrial and logistics zones, which is located in the Pushkinsky district of St. Petersburg. On the territory there are automobile factories, repair and maintenance points for special equipment, large warehouse complexes, the construction of which continues to this day.

During the construction of one of the warehouses, the Arlift equipment was used. The SPX527 mini crane helped with the installation of beams (8 meters long and weighing 700 kg) and columns (6,500 meters long, weighing 200 kg) in an enclosed space. The ability to work both from the internal combustion engine and from the 380V network allows you to use the equipment at any sites. And soft rubberized tracks do not spoil the surface, do not scratch tiles and other delicate coatings.

For the convenience of work, additional equipment was used — a hydraulic jib, which allows you to increase the reach of the main boom, as well as move the load through an obstacle.

Thanks to the remote control, the operator can control the movement of the load with maximum accuracy, being directly at the installation site, which is of particular importance when installation/assembly is carried out through an overlap.
