Installation of metal structures in the historical center in St. Petersburg

As you know, the New Holland project is located on two Islands and currently serves as a popular venue for events, exhibitions and other cultural activities. Although "New Holland" has been open to the public in recent years, some buildings are still under renovation. Therefore, there are strict requirements and deadlines for performing all construction and installation works. It is important not only to perform the work on time, but also not to harm already prepared objects.

To perform the work, the choice was made on the mini crane of the company ARLIFT SPX1040CDH — a strong, powerful and at the same time very accurate assistant for complex works.

Installation of metal structures was carried out on a cramped site with a single file at maximum boom departure and adverse weather conditions.

The load capacity of the crane reaches 4 tons, while it remains compact and maneuverable, can pass through narrow openings and be placed in a limited space.  Rubberized tracks do not harm the stone pavers, do not spoil the lawns and allow the equipment to be placed as close as possible at the facade of the building.

IN addition, the spx1040cdh mini crane can be equipped with additional equipment: a glass manipulator, a grabber or a jib, as in this case.

Thanks to an intelligent system that protects the crane from overturning, the operator controls the departure and weight of the load at the moment. The remote control allows you to control the crane from a convenient location, thus opening a full overview of the work performed.

The mini crane of Arlift SPX1040CDH performed its task perfectly!

It should be noted that earlier mini cranes worked at this facility. In particular, they made installation of metal structures in the famous building of the "Bottle" complex.
