Implementation:
Jaguar-Land Rover Omega is one of several premium-class car dealerships located in St. Petersburg, the main distribution objects of which are Jaguar products that produce not only Jaguar cars but also Land Rover.

To solve the problem, it was decided to use an exclusive model of vacuum gripping for large-sized and radial glass - ARLIFTER F/R-1500.

The main task was to replace thirty half-structural glass packs weighing from 300 to 600 kilograms (error) and 2.4 x 4.5 meters in size as part of the reconstruction project "Jaguar-Land Rover Omega-Premium".

Why was the ARLIFT F / R-1500 chosen instead of the vacuum pickup from the GS line?

The reason for choosing this vacuum pickup is simple - GS series equipment is capable of mounting glass weighing up to 600 kilograms, and since large glass (large) glass was needed, a technique was required whose design would allow to completely cover the glass unit.

Vacuum gripper ARLIFTER F / R-1500 is capable of assembling glass weighing up to 1500 kilograms, not only direct, but also radial. Also, due to the presence of the traverse and counterweight, he easily installs the glass under the visor. The presence of a remote control and a 360-degree rotation system allows you to turn the glass without re-grip.

In one shift, the vacuum capture ARLIFTER F / R-1500 mounted up to eight glasses.

The work on the glazing of the facade of the auto center using the ARLIFT technique was completed in just 5 days.
