Installation of heavy glass with the help of technology Arlift
Cottage village "Repin's Estate" is situated near the prestigious settlements located in the Leningrad region. The village has long been a popular destination for year-round country holidays with all the conditions for a full-fledged stay. The construction of the village continues to this day. At one of these facilities, the SPX1040 mini crane and the Arlifter GS-500 vacuum gripper helped install large-sized double-glazed windows weighing up to 400 kg.
The main difficulty during installation was that all the work was carried out at a temperature of -27° C. But, as practice shows, it is possible to perform installation at lower temperatures. The vacuum capture showed excellent results at the Murmansk facility at -35°C. In addition, a well-designed dehumidification system allows you to perform installation work both in the rain and in the snow.
The remote control simplifies the installation process. In addition, the provided 360° rotation allows you to turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-locking, which also significantly speeds up the process.
The SPX1040 mini crane is one of the most powerful and productive cranes in the Arlift rental fleet. The maximum lifting capacity reaches 4 tons, and the lifting height is more than 23 meters.
The compact size of the mini-crane provides excellent cross-country ability both in narrow openings and on the construction site. The crane can be placed on completely unsuitable surfaces for conventional cranes.
In addition, the built-in intelligent system provides additional security and provides a visual demonstration of how the crane works on the object: the boom departure and the weight of the lifted load are controlled.
The remote control allows the operator to control the movement of the load with maximum accuracy.
The Arlift equipment has proven its performance in extreme conditions.
