Installation of glass windows in the shopping center "Gallery" in St. Petersburg

Tasks:

• Install the display glass measuring 5.5 x 1.5 meters indoors,
• Mount the glasses of 2 x 5.7 meters and weighing 870 kg.

Implementation:
Gallery - the largest shopping center of St. Petersburg, located in the heart of the city on Ligovsky Avenue. There are many shops of various brands, food complexes, underground parking, food courts, a cinema, a recreation area and much more.

Our technique works in the "Gallery" is not the first time. Most shop windows are glazed with ARLIFT appliances. So this time, as part of the reconstruction of two stores, we faced similar tasks:

1. To install the shop window N with glass measuring 5.5х1.5 meters indoors.
2. To install in the ZARA shop installation of glass with a size of 2x5.7 meters and a weight of 870 kg.

To perform these works were selected:

• WIENOLD LIFT UNIVERSAL WLU / KS5.1 PREMIUM Lift (Shop N)
• Jekko SPD360CDH Mini Crane (Zara Store)
• ARLIFTER GS-850 vacuum gripper (Zara Store).

Briefly about the technique

WIENOLD Lift.
Its carrying capacity is 360 kg, and the lifting height is 5.1 m. Due to the presence of 9 counterweights of 16 kg, you can not worry about the part being mounted or falling over.

Jekko mini crane.
The presence of non-marking caterpillars and the ability to work from the network makes it easy for this type of technology to work inside any premises, especially in shopping centers, without damaging delicate surfaces.

Vacuum pickup ARLIFTER.
The load capacity of this vacuum pickup is 850 kg, which did not prevent him from mounting glass weighing 870 kg, thanks to the presence of a smart system developed by the Arlift campaign specialists.
