Glazing of a private house in Pushkin
Maximum panoramic glazing is a trend of the last decade. All this is possible thanks to the presence of modern heating systems and energy-saving double-glazed windows that can withstand low temperature loads.
With the help of modern equipment, the installation of large-sized double-glazed windows during the construction of a country house has become even easier and safer, this is clearly proved by the work of the mini-crane and the Arlift vacuum gripper.
When installing glass weighing more than 700 kg and with a maximum size of 3,000 mm x 3,000 mm, the Arlifter GS-850 vacuum equipment model with a lifting capacity of 850 kg and the SPX527 mini crane with a lifting capacity of 2,700 kg were used.
The well-thought-out design has compact dimensions and light weight, soft rubberized tracks do not spoil the lawn and paving slabs – all this ensures excellent cross-country ability of the mini crane, as well as the installation of equipment both on the construction site and on surfaces completely unsuitable for conventional cranes.
The machine is equipped with a remote control that allows the operator to control the movement of the load from the moment of capture to the installation itself, thereby ensuring the accuracy and accuracy of the work.
The vacuum gripper of Arlift's own design is designed for the installation of glass and sandwich panels up to 8 meters long. The moisture removal system of the device allows you to work in any weather conditions: both in the rain and in the snow. Thanks to the 360° rotation function, the equipment is able to move the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-interception, which significantly saves time.
With modern Arlift technology, even complex panoramic glazing becomes simple and affordable.
