Glazing guest house mini crane and vacuum gripper Arlift

Large-sized panoramic double-glazed Windows measuring 2 by 3 meters and weighing more than 300 kg, thanks to which a stunning view of the yard, were successfully installed in the village of Annolovo.

The work was carried out using a mini-crane company ARLIT SPB209CP and vacuum capture Arlifter GS-500.

The SPB209CP mini crane is the smallest and lightest in the Arlift rental fleet. Thanks to its compact size (its width is only 77 cm!) it easily passes through doorways, fits in cargo elevators and can easily move from floor to floor.

At the same time, the load capacity of the crane is 990 kg! The minimum dimensions of the crane allow it to be easily transported to the object for installation, on the roof of the building, floor slab or even a balcony. Rubber tracks will not spoil the floor or lawn. The ability to work both from the internal combustion engine (gasoline engine) and 380V network, allows you to use the technique both in open areas and in a closed room.

The Arlifter GS-500 vacuum gripper, an in-house development of the company, performs the installation of glass and sandwich panels weighing up to 500 kg. The weight of the equipment is only 55 kg, so it is easy to operate and easy to move, thanks to the transport cart. The unique property of Arlifter vacuum grippers is the system of dehumidification, which allows to carry out installation works in all weather conditions: in the rain, in the snow, and even at low temperatures (up to-25C).
