Glazing of a frame house using the Arlift technique
At the moment, the technology of building half-timbered houses is quite popular and reliable. The maximum amount of light, beauty, comfort, fast construction rates, all this makes frame houses attractive for construction and subsequent living.
During the construction of one of these houses, for the installation of 49 heavy double-glazed windows, professional modern Arlift equipment was used: mini-crane SPD360 and vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-500.
The work was not only complicated by the December windy and cold weather, but also by the cramped conditions for installation, as well as the need to install double-glazed windows with a shifted center of gravity under the visor.
The SPD360 is a versatile, small-sized mini-Lift crane that, thanks to its small size and variable outrigger placement, can lift loads on a limited area without losing its performance. The built-in intelligent system allows you to control the departure of the boom and the weight of the load being lifted at a given time, and also protects the mini-crane from overloading and overturning.
To perform a whole range of tasks, such as installation under the visor, the mini-crane can be equipped with additional equipment-a vacuum manipulator, a mechanical jib, a grabber. The remote control allows you to work remotely and directly control the installation process.
The Arlifter GS-500 vacuum gripper is designed for mounting glass and sandwich panels weighing up to 500 kg. Developed at the production of the company Arlift in Saint Petersburg, the vacuum gripper is designed to work in all weather conditions. A dehumidification system and a backup vacuum storage unit guarantee additional safety when performing work.
The 360° rotation function with 90° locking allows you to turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-locking, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the entire course of work.
Thanks to the Arlift technique, even complex tasks find simple solutions.
