Complex installation of spherical glass with the Arlift technique

Installation of radial (curved) glass is always associated with certain kinds of difficulties: oversized dimensions, weight, choice of equipment for work. Modern equipment, not only can solve most of the problems that are faced with such installation, but also significantly speed up the process.

So, in one of the business centers of St. Petersburg, thanks to the vacuum capture of the company's own production of Arlift a radial glass weighing about 500 kg was installed. The unusual spherical glass not only had different dimensions around the perimeter, but also a different radius of curvature.

Arlifter GS-500 - modern vacuum equipment allows installation in all weather conditions, as well as to turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-interception. A special grip plate made of polyacetal (engineering plastic) has a special elasticity and fits snugly even to curved glass. The remote control allows you to easily perform work at height.

Thanks to modern innovative equipment, Arlift was able to make a complex installation of a unique double-glazed window.
