Implementation: The famous stadium "St. Petersburg", also known as "Zenith Arena" (the old name) is located on Krestovsky Island, on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. The stadium was built for a long time and was put into operation at the end of 2016.
The stadium is truly a large-scale project. The stadium is endowed with unusual architecture, and thanks to its lighting, the stadium is visible from almost any high-rise building in the city. Inside the stadium is made with the latest technology.

The stadium trains and holds matches one of the strongest football clubs in Russia - Zenit. In the period from 2017 to 2018, the St. Petersburg Stadium hosted matches of the Confederation Cup and the World Cup, and in 2020 will host the matches of the European Championship.

Of course, the construction of such a large object has not been without the participation of ARLIFT equipment. In our portfolio you must have seen this object. But in our Objects section we have never covered the work at the stadium. We decided to correct this misunderstanding.

The ARLIFT company’s equipment required to produce large-sized glazing in one of the blocks of the complex. The windows were heavy and large, so it was decided to use our “heavyweight” ARLIFT-F / R-1500. This model of vacuum capture is characterized by high carrying capacity - up to 1500 kilograms.

The presence of a remote control allows you to work from any viewed point. ARLIFT-F / R-1500 is equipped with a counterweight that allows for mounting under the hood, as well as a special security system.

Our other vacuum gripper, ARLIFTER SP-4, also worked quite a bit on the stadium. Vacuum gripping was carried out installation of sandwich panels.

Difficulties in the work did not arise, for the installation organization the main task was to install large-sized glass, with which our equipment quickly coped!
