Construction of the hangar with the help of the Arlift technique
Maloe Verevo is an actively developing village located in the Gatchinsky district of the Leningrad Region. The immediate proximity to St. Petersburg makes it attractive not only for life, but also for business.
Installation of 6-meter sandwich panels for the hangar was carried out using vacuum equipment –Arlifter GS-350, the company's own production, and the Arlift manipulator crane with a maximum load capacity of 7 tons.
Arlifter GS-350 is designed for mounting glass and sandwich panels weighing up to 350 kg. At the moment, it is the most compact and lightweight in the GS line. Due to its size, it is easy to transport it to the work site.
Like all devices of the GS line, the vacuum gripper can perform installation work in all weather conditions: both in rain and snow, it is allowed to carry out work at low temperatures.
The remote control greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation process, and the backup vacuum storage, sound and light alarm system guarantees additional security.
Like the vacuum gripper, the manipulator crane is equipped with a comprehensive safety system that includes a set of sensors installed in various parts of the boom. All data is available in real time and allows you to track the weight and monitor any deviations from the maximum permissible load capacity.
The manipulator allows you to perform both vertical lifting of the load and moving it through obstacles. And the presence of a cable allows you to lower the load below ground level.
