The Arlift technique helped to mount heavy double-glazed windows

Despite the fact that panoramic glazing is increasingly penetrating into our lives, there are still difficulties in installing double-glazed windows, which include the dimensions and large weight of the glass, as well as the inaccessibility of the work site. The Arlift technique can easily cope with all these tasks.

Thus, the mini-crane Arlift SPX527 and two vacuum grippers Arlifter GS-850 helped with the installation of double-glazed windows weighing 900 kg in one of the suburbs of St. Petersburg. For the convenience of work, a traverse was used.

The mini crane Arlift SPX527 is a universal construction assistant with a maximum load capacity of 2,700 kg, which adapts to the tasks facing it: the crane can be equipped with a vacuum manipulator, a two—section jib, grabber and other attachments. The presence of a remote control allows the operator to maintain mobility and control the movement of cargo, which is especially important when it comes to working with glass.

Arlifter GS-850 vacuum grippers of the company's own production with a lifting capacity of 850 kg are designed for the installation of glass and sandwich panels. To increase the load capacity, it is allowed to use two or more vacuum grippers on the traverse. Modern equipment allows installation work in all weather conditions: both in rain and snow, it is allowed to use at low temperatures up to -25 ° C.

Thanks to the unique properties of the Arlift equipment, even complex construction tasks find a simple and affordable solution.
