Replacement of a large double-glazed window in the room

Repair work or maintenance work on equipment is often carried out in finishing rooms, where it is necessary to carry out any installation as carefully as possible, whether it is replacing glass or simply lifting loads to a height.

So, when repairing a glass fence indoors, the mini crane Arlift SPX527 and the vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-850 helped replace a double-glazed window weighing about 700 kg.

Due to the fact that the equipment has not only an internal combustion engine, but also an electric motor (380V network), any work is easily carried out in internal rooms where special ventilation is not provided.

The maximum lifting capacity of the mini-crane is 2700 kg with its own weight of only 3600 kg. The equipment can also be used on the roof, ceiling and even underground.

The remote control helps the operator to control the movement of cargo with millimeter accuracy, which is especially important when work is carried out indoors, and soft rubberized tracks carefully treat the surface and do not leave traces during transportation.

The Arlifter GS-850 vacuum gripper with a maximum load capacity of 850 kg is designed for the installation of glass and sandwich panels. If necessary, it is possible to use two or more vacuum grippers on the traverse to increase the load capacity. A well-thought-out security system, as well as gel batteries, guarantee an autonomous system of operation during the entire work shift (8 hours). 360° rotation with locking for every 90° allows you to change the position of the glass without re-interception from transport to installation, which significantly saves installation time.
