Fire-fighting glasses consist of several sheets of tempered glass between which there is a special gel, which in case of an emergency situation hardens and forms a dense crust, thereby preventing the penetration of heat or fire. The glass is destroyed gradually – layer by layer, which creates a margin of time for the localization of the fire.

Properly install such a double—glazed window is an important and very responsible thing - the task is just for special equipment Arlift. For installation, an electric scissor lift AS1012, a vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-500 and a crane manipulator HC 7016LL with a maximum load capacity of 7 tons were used. The well-coordinated work of the equipment, the operator and the installation allowed the replacement of fire-fighting glasses in a very short time.

A scissor lift with a working height of up to 12 meters allows you to perform work both inside and outside the room, as well as to overcome a rise of up to 25% (up to 14 degrees). The additional extension of the platform allows you to increase the work area, and proportional control of the control allows you to safely perform and move the lift even in the raised state.

The Arlifter GS-500 vacuum gripper, developed and assembled at its own production in St. Petersburg, is designed for lifting and mounting glass and sandwich panels weighing up to 500 kg. The equipment copes with the task perfectly even in inclement weather, the dehumidification system allows you to perform work in rain, snow, and subzero temperatures. Arlifter vacuum devices comply with GOST and can be used where special permits are required.
