Installation of glass in a country house in St. Petersburg

Implementation: Sestroretsk - resort area, located in the Primorsky district on the Gulf of Finland.

Earlier in Sestroretsk we already made glass installation, but using only one type of equipment. At the same time, two types of our equipment - the Jekko JF40 mini-crane and the ARLIFTER GS-350 vacuum gripper - set off for the cottage glazing.

Our task was to install eight glass packs weighing up to 350 kilograms in two days!

Why chose these models?

JF40 mini-crane and GS-350 vacuum gripper - new in 2018 in the ARLIFT lineup.

The JF40 mini-crane – the 2017 Jekko development - came to us in the summer. The crane has already worked on the island of New Holland, and when glazing a cottage village in the Vyborg district.

At this object, in addition to the glazing, it was necessary to place the equipment in limited conditions, so a crane was needed that would fit these requirements.

The mini-crane, which is one of the most compact in the line, was ideally suited for solving the set task.

Vacuum grab ARLIFTER GS-350 is an innovative development of ARLIFT specialists, lightweight, compact and, most importantly, the most convenient vacuum grab in Russia, according to construction organizations.

The vacuum gripper is equipped with a dehumidification system and vacuum loss compensation, its carrying capacity is 350 kilograms with a weight of only 35 kg, and small dimensions allow it to be transported in any road transport.

Thanks to the ARLIFT technique, we managed to install the glass in Sestroretsk in just 2 days as quickly as possible!
