In recent years, large panoramic Windows have become very popular in private housing construction. With the arrival of modern technologies for the production of double-glazed Windows and heating of houses, such an architectural solution no longer raises questions, and the view that opens through them is priceless. Therefore, at the design and construction stage, many do not spare the effort and money to install large-sized double-glazed Windows.

To install double-glazed Windows in a private house in one of the developed suburbs of the Leningrad region, they used a mini crane Arlift SPX1275, a vacuum gripper Arlifter GS-850 and self-locking trolleys for convenient transportation of heavy glasses.

The SPX1275CDH mini crane is one of the most powerful cranes in the company's rental fleet, capable of lifting loads up to 7.5 tons to a height of more than 27 meters. With these technical characteristics, the crane has retained its compact dimensions and can perform work in a fairly limited space.

Soft rubberized tracks do not spoil the road surface, paving slabs, do not harm lawns. They move perfectly on a sandy surface. The remote control allows the operator to control the crane from a distance, which allows you to control the movement of the load with millimeter accuracy. This is especially important when it comes to installing such fragile and expensive materials as glass.

The Arlifter GS-850 vacuum gripper is designed for mounting glass with a load capacity of up to 850 kg, equipped with a four-level security system and can perform both installation of double-glazed Windows and installation of sandwich panels. The unique technical characteristics of the vacuum grippers allow you to perform work at temperatures from -25° to +50°. The presence of a remote control and the ability to turn the glass from the transport position to the mounting position without re-locking significantly saves time when installing double-glazed Windows.

As additional equipment, the facility used self-locking carts, own production of the company Arlift, designed to transport cargo weighing up to 250 kg, often used in pairs. Large inflated wheels ensure smooth movement, the inner coating is felt, takes care of the transported material, and there are two inserts for transporting thin material.

Thanks to modern Arlift technology and well-coordinated work of the entire team, the glazing of a private house in Sestroretsk was completed in a short time.
